Who are CODE HQ?

Building Compliance, something CODEHQ's founding partners Jim and Pat have lived and breathed for a long time. Each bring their own strengths and backgrounds to the table with over 40 years of combined experience, they make for quite a dynamic and impressive team.

So where did it all start? For Jim what began as a small business many, many years ago quickly grew into something he could have only dreamt of when he started out in the mid-90s. Jim’s original vision of being the local go-to permit guy has evolved over the years where his original business grew to become a serious player in the market. Spurred on by this growth, careful investment and with the appointment of several key partners, together they formed CODEHQ. Jim and the team have some really exciting plans for the immediate and long-term future. 

Pat is the embodiment of the phrase "hard work pays off". Back in his early 20s, he was one of the youngest registered Building Surveyors in Victoria. Now over a decade later, he is widely respected across the industry as an extremely competent Building Surveyor. Pat's unique skill set means he is CODEHQ's "Mr. Fix-it". From office handyman to IT whizz and everything in between.
