Letter of appointment
Town Planning enquiry form relevant Council
Planning Permit and enclosed drawings if applicable
Working drawings
* Site plan
Engineering
* Including Certificate of Compliance
Certificate of Title
* Plan of subdivision
* Section 173 Agreement (if applicable)
* Covenant (if applicable)
Owner Builder Certificate
* if costs of works is over $12,000
$200 deposit required
* at submission of Application
