Director Jim Tsaganas

Jim Tsaganas graduated in 1993 from Swinburne University with a degree majoring in building surveying.  He worked at Moorabbin council for several years prior to starting his own business.

Jim founded Nicholson Wright in 1996 after the industry was deregulated with legislative changes that allowed for building permits to be issued by private building surveyors.   

Jim is also a developer hands on builder who has developed a number of building projects as an owner builder and fully understands the requirements, challenges and importance of planning correctly and managing timeframes to ensure projects are completed on time. Clients find Jim's expansive building industry knowledge invaluable, saving time, money and heartache.
